Her experience includes strategic planning, operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, customer experience, event management, organizational effectiveness, and business transformation.

Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication with a Minor in French from Walsh University and a Master of Science (MSc) in Business & Management, with Distinction, from Aston University in the United Kingdom. Her dissertation, Strategic Digital Readiness in Immigrant-Owned Food Businesses in South Florida: Acculturation and Role-Based Influences on Digital Adoption, explored the factors that influence digital transformation and technology adoption among small businesses. She also holds a Healthcare Compliance Certificate from Saint Louis University.
Helen is fluent in English and Greek and has intermediate proficiency in French.
Outside of her professional work, Helen enjoys travel, community service, live comedy, and spending time with her family and zoo of pets.
